As a family of 6 we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is in a nice location, just a few minutes of walking will get you to the walk of fame and a bunch of other stores+ restaurants. The rooms are well maintained, stocked and cleaned. Each room had I dividual climate control. The valet parking is a bit expensive but no more so then comparable options. The cost is made up for by exceptional service. A few people we would like to shout out would be: Veronica, Marietta and Alfonso. Alfonso in particular was amazing. Super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. If we come back to Hollywood we will most likely come back here. 😁

This was a brilliant place to stay. The room was fantastic, spacious, everything worked, clean and modern. Breakfast was included Daily and Marieta & Veronica do a absolutely fabulous job of ensuring a full range of breakfast is available every morning, they are fantastic always smiling and so friendly. If staying in West Hollywood near famous Hollywood Walk of Fame, this is the place to stay. Absolutely brilliant 5 stars all round

Great location to visit main tour attractions, but had a terrible front desk experience with Jose. He did not make us feel welcomed at all and didn’t answer any of our hotel questions. I almost wanted to cancel our reservation on the spot, but I was with my grumpy tired kids that just wanted to get to our room. I hope he is re trained on his customer service skills and gets a better attitude. I will avoid the front desk as long as he is there.

This is a superb IHG property in many ways. We’re in town visiting family and wanted to be near all the activities. This property is located perfectly for those needs. The staff was efficient and very attentive on check in. The process was smooth and made more so by the valet parking. In many areas of the country parking is not an issue but this is LA. It was so nice to have the car taken care of for us. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. The dining room is very large, very clean and very organized. The staff are as pleasant and accommodating as they can be. Marieta made us feel like we were at home. The room was filled with guests and it was busy, yet they kept everything well organized and very pleasant. And the food was excellent. Very pleased and will stay here again to be sure!
